Sure enough, it does sound about the same thing.  I guess I didn't pick a
good keyword to look for before submitting a new ITS.

Now to find which clients they are using.  Since they are probably MS, it
may be difficult to get it fixed.

Some clients which hit this server properly close the connection, others
do not.  It seems like a quick hack would be to refuse the v3 request AND
close the connection on the server side.  Bad, yes, but otherwise I
restart the server every two weeks.  Don't you hate to have to work around
broken clients?
