If you have gdbm.h in /foobar/include/ and libgdbm.a in /foobar/lib/:
env CPPFLAGS="-I/foobar/include" LDFLAGS="-L/foobar/lib" ./configure
You should probaby do `rm config.cache' first to get rid of the setup
from the previous configuration, if any.
