error with "configure" (ITS#48)

While installing "OPENLDAP" into Solaris 2.6 with GNU C Compiler
2.7.2.3,
I have a error messages in running "configure" program as follows;

checking if pthread_create() works... no
configure: error: pthread.h and pthread_create are not compatible
=================================================================
What caused this?
Please let me know it!!!
