RELEASE: perl-ldap 0.22

perl-ldap 0.22 has been released and can be obtained from

perl-ldap is an LDAP v3 client library written almost entirely in perl.
This makes it portable to any platform that perl has already been ported
to and there is no need to a C compiler to perform installation.
