[ldapext] review of draft-zeilenga-ldap-ext

I intend to submit draft-zeilenga-ldap-ext to the IETF
for publication consideration shortly after the Paris
IETF.  Please review.

At present, the I-D says the intended track is
Informational.   I would much rather have this published
as a BCP and am willing to do so if consensus supports
such a recommendation.  Hence, in your review comments,
please note whether or not you believe the guidelines
are suitable for publication as a BCP.
