Describing LDAP ACM in terms of ECMA/TR46 Security Facility Services

thank you for introducing me to ECMA/TR46. It's a great paper!
Do the ECMA/TR46 lends itself to more than defining concepts?
Is it possible to use their security facility service model in
describing LDAP ACM?
