It is assumed that if a server supports the matched values control,
then it supports it for all attribute types. There is currently no way of
being selective and supporting it for just some attribute types. (But
then once you have the code for it, it should not be a hassle to
support it for all attribute types should it? In fact it would probably be
more hassle to selectively support it)
