X.509 Authentication SASL Mechanism - updated version

This document has been last called in the WG.   I will circulate a revised 
version of this document in the next message.   This deals with the following 
issues, that have been raised:

  - change from BER to DER (this was agreed on the list)
  - clarification of the names of the two entities
  - change the names, so that the algorithm reflects both signing
    and hash algorithm (this change is essenital for this to work)


I discussed the updated version with Tim Howes and Mark Wahl.   Given that the
changes are minor, and that the document is going as information (not 
standards track),  I would suggest there is not a need to repeat the last call.

I think that it is most useful to get this document issued, and let the WG 
move on.
