Are the proposals that erik mentions in his mail accessible for public viewing?

I'm interested in any proposal for how mapping of vCard to LDAP wouldn't
have to be such a disaster. vCard has both compound attributes (they call
them "property groups") and a way of labelling values (they call them
"property parameters"). the wpPerson draft proposes a form of the latter,
but I'm not sure what is happening to that draft?
