The changes are only minor, basically some additional permissions to 
deal with user requirements from Intelligent Networks people, plus 
control of particular contexts. Here is the  ASN.1 for them:

	rangeOfValues	[7]	Filter OPTIONAL,
	maxValueCount	[8]	SET OF MaxValueCount OPTIONAL,
	maxImmSub	[9]	INTEGER OPTIONAL,
	restrictedBy	[10]	SET OF RestrictedValue OPTIONAL,
	contexts		[11]	SET OF ContextAssertion OPTIONAL }
MaxValueCount	::=	SEQUENCE {
	type			AttributeType,
	maxCount		INTEGER }
RestrictedValue::=	SEQUENCE {
	type			AttributeType,
	valuesIn		AttributeType }


As you can see, they are all optional, so you could choose to ignore 
them if you wish.
