If you look at:
ftp://ftp.nameflow.dante.net/mirror/OSIdirectory/93specification/93AS
N.1/
you will get the full ASN.1 spec of the 93 Access controls, and if
you look at Chapter 8 of my book, (url below) you will get a full
explanation of them (better than in the actual standard, though not
as precise)
