For whatever reason, I didn't get this item into the charter discussion..
Defining new extensible matches
specific example: "normalized match"
So, under "any other business", we could perhaps talk about how we go about
submitting and taking on (or not) extensions not already in the charter, and
perhaps use the normalized match extension as a guinea pig.
