No LDAPBIS session at IETF#65

As there are no remaining issues with the revised LDAP
technical specification that require face-to-face
discussions to resolve, there will be LDAPBIS session
at IETF#65.

A request to hold an open meeting of the Directory
Directorate has been submitted.  See recent
<ldapext@ietf.org> thread for further information/discussion
regarding this.

It is suspected there will also be a "Digital Identity
Exchange" BOF requested, see <dix@ietf.org> for further
information/discussion.
