Any client which makes assumptions as to the order of error
discover is flawed.

I think we should avoid detailing error precedence, namely
because of it would require detailing precedence and/or
grouping of result codes not found in X.511.

If anything we should make it more clear that server
implementations have great freedom to discover error
conditions in any order they choose and clients should
not make assumptions as the order of error discover.
