Oh, that's interesting.
So a client can protect itself from receiving to much back
when it concerns entries but not when dealing with references.

So it would be OK for a LDAP server to return 1.000.000 ( just to pick a 
big number) sets of continuation references or more. I wonder how many client 
implementors that has taken this into account.
