The -undefined suppress flag is no longer supported in Mac OS X 10.1 (PUMA 5659)
unless -flat_namespace is specified on the link line. The patch adds
-flat_namespace to ltconfig.o

As your changes are not conditional, will there be any
negative impact on builds for prior versions of Mac OS X?

Please make sure you re-fetch the latest patch; the first one
I uploaded removed -undefined suppress (tried that; didn't
work) rather than leaving it in and adding -flat_namespace.

AFAIK -flat_namespace is ignored on previous versions of
OS X so it should just work.
