This patch will anble detection of number of parameters used
by gethostbyname_r() and gethostbyaddr_r(). This will be 
useful in IRIX and Solaris.

Bart, I believe, committed this patch to our configure sources.  I
just rebuilt the actual ./configure script.

Can you 'cvs update' -devel and test?  Thanks.
