I need to search all the object "person" whose name didn�t be a concret one.
I have tried with the filters (&(objectclass=person)&(name!=Carlos)) 
and (&(objectclass=person)&(name<>Carlos)) but it doesn�t work.
Could somebody help me? Thanks

Your filter is incorrect.  If you would like help with
LDAP filters, use OpenLDAP 1.x and post to our software
list.  2.x is for experienced testers only.
