Full_Name: Paul Cunningham Version: openldap-2_0-alpha3 OS: Linux URL: ftp://ftp.openldap.org/incoming/ Submission from: (NULL) (150.126.24.200) The known syntax names as defined by the slapd.conf man page does not include "Boolean" (OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.7) and slapd does not seem to support it. Is this an oversite or intentional? What is the best syntax to use in place of "Boolean", I am currently using "Directory String" (OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.15) instead in my schema definitions; is this okay or is there a more suitable syntax? Thanks.

Will be implemented as development of schema enforcemenet codes progress... >What is the best syntax to use in place of "Boolean", I am currently >using "Directory String" (OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.15) instead in >my schema definitions; is this okay or is there a more suitable syntax? I would use bin as a replacement. Please note, alpha3 is for reference purposes only and not suitable for general use. Kurt
