When using Kerberos authentication rc in servers/slapd/back-ldbm/bind.c has an
undetermined value when the authentication succeeds. Instead rc should be set to
0 when the authentication succeeds.

Applied suggested fix to back-ldbm/bind.c (rev 1.13)
Patch applied to rel_eng_1_1 for OpenLDAP 1.1.1 release.
