Definitely a bug.  Of course, realBase should actually
be freed.  I've coded a more complete fix and committed
it to -devel as v1.14.

Alternative fix applied to revision 1.14 of slapd/back-ldbm/search.c
Patch applied to rel_eng_1_1 for release as OpenLDAP 1.1.1.
