Hi,
This is a feature request.

I would like to take forward what started with ITS#6815.

My request is to extend slapo-accesslog flexibility by introducing a directive
"logbase-exclude".
My request is to exclude a particular basedn to be logged by slapo-accesslog.  

If I have a tree with several ou's at the same level, it seems to me a lot
inefficient to explicit all ou's logbases except one, only to exclude one of
them.
