Regardless of the recent slapadd fixes discussed on the -devel list
(http://www.openldap.org/lists/openldap-devel/200811/msg00126.html), slapadd
performance is still bad when linking against berkely-db 4.5.X, there seem to be
problems with libdb-4.5's memp_trickle() function.

IMO we should just disable the trickle_task when linking against libdb < 4.6.
