It is found that package com.novell.ldap.resources does not include many
language files for globalization support. This package contains only english and
spanish (ResultCodeMessages.java and ResultCodeMessages_es.java) and other
language files are missing.

It would be fine if following files are included.

ResultCodeMessages_ja.java
ResultCodeMessages_ko.java
ResultCodeMessages_it.java
ResultCodeMessages_fr.java
ResultCodeMessages_de.java
ResultCodeMessages_pt_BR.java
ResultCodeMessages_zh_CN.java
ResultCodeMessages_zh_TW.java

I am not very clear about the use of the ResultCodeMessages_es.java , as it is
not used any where in the code .The  ExceptionMessages.java file is now used for
getting the result code and this file is not internationalized .
IMHO there is no need for the localization of the file.
Please do pour your opinions on the same .
