2 reports now of MMR (delta-syncrepl specifically at this point) going into
endless loops replicating changes.  In both cases, it appears that all the
servers lose track of their serverIDs (reverting to 000), which causes the
change(s) to never get dropped, causing all servers to go into endless loops,
eating up CPU and causing massive growth of the accesslog DB.
