This patch adds a new olcMsCompat config keyword which enables 
ActiveDirectory emulation mode in slapd. It's still experimental, any feedback 
is appreciated.

Can we fast track this patch in, as we really need this feature to get more
breakfix requests. Stock slapd never goes down enough!
