Could the logs be enhanced to include a time/date stamp and the thread
identity.

This would help to isolate future thread problems more easily.

I'm in the process of enhancing the logging (well, at this moment, I
had to work on something else, but I'll get back to it).  I'll add
this request to the other issues.  You may want to tune in to the
openldap-devel list to monitor further discussions on this topic.
