Is there any information available on LDAP Version 3.  Alphas, Betas available
dates etc.

We do not publish schedules of availability.

OpenLDAP 2.0-alpha (which includes basic LDAPv3 support) is
currently available for testing purposes only.  You can find
the announcement on our developer's list.
