like this is a huge problem for admins that have to configure http/smtp/http/smb/Nfs/nis/Ldap/dns etc. I don't mean to come off as a whiner, but if all of these servoices changed their config like ldap, every other release or so, we would all be doomed. Kinda reminds me of how Microsoft changes their admin model every release.OpenLDAP's dynamic configuration mechanism was released in 2005. It does not change every other release. It's not our fault if your distro is so behind the times.
