All compiled as 64-bit software on HP-UX 10.x (not sure about the exact version). I don't have easy access to this production system so it's quite hard to examine this. But I'm somewhat glad I'm not alone. In my case I had to use search base ou=xxx,dc=example,dc=org instead of also valid dc=example,dc=org to find the entries. I also examined that no ACLs were standing in the way. Ciao, Michael.
