I reinstall slapd on the fresh Debian to fix all problems!
after execute this command I can see the output comment below:

ldap:/etc/ldap# slapindex

WARNING!
Runnig as root!
There's a fair chance slapd will fail to start.
Check file permissions!

but the server Is still started.
