slapd is trying to read the transaction logs in order to recover the
database, but for some unknown reason the wrong libdb has been linked.
Check your BerkeleyDB versions and libraries.

On start sladp recovers unclean shutdowns, if you need backups for
security reason, just slapcat the database, delete all *.bdb files and
slapadd backup.ldif file.
