OpenLDAP on Windows XP possible?

I have an assignment to get OpenLDAP up and running on WindowsXP for a demo. The only thing I can find is a tar.gz which I unpacked, so now how do I get it installed on XP?

I mostly see documentation for Unix/Linux systems but nothing as far as "Getting Started on XP" or anything windows related.
