Allow other users to manage entries

Hi all,
I use OpenLDAP on an Ubuntu system.
I followed this document for the installation:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/OpenLDAPServer

Now, I would like to allow a couple of users to manage entries (add, 
del, edit) without sharing the same "rootpw".

I miss some keywords for my search. Would you help, please?
But if you know any webpage, I would also be happy you point it me out.
