Thanks for the answers, i just adjust my slapd.conf for the master:
## setup the syncrepl provider
#
overlay                 syncprov
#syncprov-checkpoint     100 15
syncprov-sessionlog     100

Still got the messages:
Apr 22 09:35:15 slave1 slapd[8147]: null_callback : error code 0x10
Apr 22 09:35:15 slave1 slapd[8147]: syncrepl_updateCookie: rid=101 
be_modify failed (16)


I have read:

But i could not find the patch.  Can it be download so i can apply it to 
2.4.7 source?
