Honestly, this is a *whole* lot easier with sync-replication, as the slave 
will sync itself with the master on it's own.

However, you could do this if you are binding as the updatedn, and your ldap 
export included the required attributes (e.g. structuralObjectclass).

But, if you're just upgrading from 2.0 to 2.2 ... just save yourself a lot of 
effort and simplify your replication management by upgrading to 2.3.
