This is using all the latest versions on Ubuntu or Debian linux.

SLAPD_USE_SQL='mysql' SLAPD_USE_SQLWRITE='yes' make sql
failed (exit 1) sql-test901-syncrepl failed
created this log and this message

apparently mysql does not support writes; skipping...
