The information you have provided is not sufficient to even guess what you 
have done.

Please:

1)include the relevant bits of your configuration (eg the section of your 
slapd.conf from the "database" line).
2)include the commandline and any input you are using to make these changes. 
If you are using a GUI tool, please try and reproduce with ldapadd or similar
