Right, the RDN value is dc: xxx.  The RDN value must be present in the 
entry.

Is what you are looking for... If you plan on putting things under dc=yyy 
too, then you should create:

dn: dc=yyy,dc=org
objectClass: top
objectClass: organization
dc: yyy
o: My Organization

first...
