Why should they be synchronised? They represent different conditions. gidNumber of the posixAccount entry represents the users primary group (as in the 4th field of the /etc/passwd file), while the memberUid attribute of a posixGroup entry represents additional groups the user is a member of (as indicated in the list of users in the 4th field of the /etc/group file).
