Your advise worked like a charm, yeah, its a matter of different
versions. I noticed that when i use slapcat on RHEL 4, it adds
"structuralObjectClass" entry to the dump, but if i manually add
"structuralObjectClass" to my LDIF file on RHEL 3 and then try to
build database, it gives me error, so i think it means that
"structuralObjectClass" is not defined in OpenLDAP 2.0.

Regarding users database, actually i am bit confused. I mean if i have
500 users and i want to build a database from scratch, do i have to
add users to a LDIF file one by one, to put the data in proper syntax?
(It will take a very long time, since i want to arrange data for
Mozilla Address book)

Tnx,
Sachin
