I'll have a look at your ITS; anyway, I note that slapd-sql may be a
little broken in 2.3 because I didn't manage to run sql tests for a
while, so it eventually lagged a bit behind.  2.3.12 should be much
better, although I do not guarantee it addresses your issue; you should
give it a try before it's out (see instructions from
<http://www.openldap.org/software/repo.html>.)
