Error: bdb_dn2id_add: subtree

Hi,
I'm getting this error while inserting a new entry in my ldap DB:

I can add another user, but this user I can not add.

Should I dump/reload the DB? My server went down while I was
adding this user, call it the Murphy law, my UPS was bad
