openldap error on starting

When i try  so start my server with tls on this error appear in message 
from logging.
//etc/openldap/slapd.conf: line 19: unknown directive 
"TLSCertificationFile" outside backend info and database definitions 
(ignored)
/Is this error because i didnt do --with-tls on configure????
I«m asking this because i really dont remember if i did this or not 
during the configuration.
