This ACL says only authenticated entries in "ou=services,dc=onrelay,dc=com" have any access at all to anything in your database. Since an incoming connection hasn't yet authenticated, how is it supposed to be able to auth against the password attribute?


I suggest you read up on ACL's and the examples in the admin guide and what is shipped with the default slapd.conf.
