if i dont have updateref gives this error

ldap_add: Server is unwilling to perform (53)
       additional info: shadow context; no update referral

if i use this referal:

updateref       ldap://192.168.10.1:389

gives
ldap_add: Referral (10)
       referrals:
               
ldap://192.168.10.1:389/cn=1%20Toni1,dc=depInf,dc=otimus,ou=contacts,dc=k2comp

any sugestion????
