Hi Matthew

You are probably right and Im looking into that at the moment. Seems like
the apache2 is a bad idea to be running on the same machine. This is
what my administrators are using for handling the user accounts.

Do you have a suggestion for the other thing?

(uniqueMember) index_param failed (18)

Do I need to rewrite something, and in case how?

The above error message indicates that there is a search filter using "uniquemember" being applied to your server, and that that attribute is not indexed. This is only a problem if you actually populate "uniquemember" in your entries and expect things to be able to use it in filters. There are plenty of programs with hard-coded ideas of how they expect things to work when in reality the directory servers they will be accessing are not configured that way.
