Bind problems when use userPassword in clear text.

Hi,

I'm having problems when i try to bind if userPassword is set in  
clear text. No problems using {SHA} or {MD5} hash


ldapsearch -x -D "uid=user1,ou=people,dc=example,dc=com" -wtest  -b  
"dc=example,dc=com" "(objectclass=*)"
ldap_bind: Invalid credentials (49)

ldapsearch -x -D "uid=user2,ou=people,dc=example,dc=com" -wtest  -b  
"dc=example,dc=com" "(objectclass=*)"
OK

here is the test ldif file

dn: uid=user1,ou=people,dc=example,dc=com
objectClass: top
objectClass: inetOrgPerson
objectClass: posixAccount
cn: user1
sn: user1
uid: user1
uidNumber: 1
gidNumber: 1

I try also userPassword: {CLEAR}test and userPassword: {CLEARTEXT}test
