OpenLDAP Software does not include any tool to replicate
objects held in slapd(8) to an RDBM database.  (OpenLDAP
Software does include back-sql, but that's not a replication
tool.)

I suggest you look at various 3rd party tools for integrating
LDAP directories and relational databases.  A general LDAP list
might be useful in finding them 3rd party tools.
