I am very new to LDAP and have finally got a samba/openldap server running for my PDC. I would now like to setup my BDC and was wondering what I need to do so that my ldap database is distributed between the two machines. That way if my PDC goes down, users will still be able to logon if the BDC is up. I am hoping that this is possible. I have posted to the samba list also, since I was not sure which would be the most appropriate list serve.
